Day 22 of #marchmeetthemaker is ‘Decision’. Last night I was thrilled to sell my last ladybird embroidery kit and book, thank you so much to everyone that has bought from my shop and to the wonderful people that have shared their progress on the kit. Making the kit was a big decision for me, it was something I had never put together before and it took a lot of time, thought and investment. So now I have another decision, with the amount it costs to put the kits together do I make more? Do I focus my money on more ladybird kits or new designs to build my portfolio? The cost of the silks is such a big investment as they can’t really be bought wholesale. Is this a turning point for my business or a misstep? Do I have the space?!🤔
